Virginia Smith is the bestselling author of more than fifty novels (and counting!), two illustrated children’s books, and many articles and short stories.
Eric Frugé
Vice President
Eric Frugé lives in Kentucky where he and his wife spend their time hiking, kayaking and exploring the beautiful Commonwealth. With a graduate degree in Church History, he’s also a French bilingual, retired fundraiser and avid flower gardener when he’s not writing or blissfully enjoying his favorite music.
Chris Helvey
Fiction Gang Leader and Past President
Chris Helvey is an award winning short-story writer, a poet, and a novelist. The author of more than a dozen novels and multiple short-story collections, Chris’ latest novel, Afghan Love Potion, was recently released by Wings ePress, and is available in both paperback and e-book formats on Amazon. A founding member of the Bluegrass Writers Coalition, he is also editor-in-chief and publisher of Trajectory Journal.
Debbie Burklow (pen name Debra Ison)

Debra lives in Central Kentucky, in the heart of horse country, with her faithful dog, Benny. She came to a writing career later in life after retiring from healthcare. Finally having the time to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming an author, Debra sat down with her computer and started writing.
